基本情况
窦新存,教授,博士生导师,中国科学院特聘核心研究员。国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才(2022年)及青年拔尖人才(2019年),国家重点研发计划项目-“纳米前沿”专项首席科学家。现任新疆痕量化学物质感知重点实验室主任、新疆危爆品防控工程技术研究中心主任、中国科学院新疆理化所环境科学与技术研究室副主任、中国仪器仪表学会理事、中国仪器仪表学会传感器分会理事、全国气湿敏专业委员会委员、自治区首批天山领军人才、新疆自然科学专家库专家、新疆物理学会理事、天山创新团队负责人。
主要研究领域及成就:
聚焦国家公共安全重大需求,面向敏感材料基痕量传感器感知难、响应小、响应慢、识别难的共性问题,致力于提出普适性的传感器调控策略,以“传感材料或探针界面调控”、“电荷及分子局域”、“传感模式的仿生逻辑构建”为思路,率先提出了“有效感知-信号提升-特异识别”系统解决方案,实现了系列痕量化学物质的高灵敏、快速、识别检测。发表学术论文90余篇,SCI引用2000余次。其中,以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文70余篇,包括Advanced Materials(3篇)、Angewandte Chemie International Edition、Nano Letters、Advanced Functional Materials(3篇)、Advanced Science(2篇)、Small(2篇)、Cell Reports Physical Science(3篇)、Materials Horizons、Chemistry of Materials、The Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters、Analytical Chemistry、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Journal of Materials Chemistry A、Chemical Engineering Journal、Aggregate(2篇)、Advanced Optical Materials、Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical等,被中、美、俄、澳、印、欧洲等科学院院士正面评述。申请中国专利90余项,授权48项,获软件著作权5项。获准发布1项地方标准,立项2项海关行业标准。
多次受邀在IMC S2023、ICMAN 2020、AsiaNano 2018等国际会议作邀请报告。于2017年创办全国性“危爆品检测技术学术研讨会”并连续举办三届,2019年担任大会主席。培养研究生60余名,3名获中国科学院院长奖。
研发现场检测分析相关装备10余项,在公安系统进行了广泛深入的应用,并应用于第十三届全运会等大型活动,部分成果转化至广东守门神集团。
